Talia and Koby met through mutual friends during a trip in northern Israel. Talia was living in NY at the time, studying at Colombia, and came to Israel for a few weeks to visit. A week after they met, Talia returned to NY to finish her last semester, but by then they already knew that it was love. Ten days later Koby flew to NY to visit and since then they have been inseparable.
Together they lived in several apartments in Tel Aviv and even in a tent during the summer of 2011 when social protests took over the country.
Last winter they said their I do’s at Jaffa’s Laurens gallery. Talia tells us that for them Laurens was love at first sight. The wedding invitations were designer by Talia herself, and show the couple with their pets under the ficus tree where Koby proposed to her – a tree that his Aunt had planted 40 years ago and stands behind their house.
Mazal Tov to Koby and Talia on their beautiful wedding. Thank you for sharing it with us!
